Delivery Times

All our books are despatched by post. Average delivery times are:

Please note that in the two to three weeks after publication, in December each year, delivery times may be longer because of the large number of orders we have to process and the mail backlog caused by the holiday season.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with the book when you receive it, you may return it within a week and we will refund you with the full purchase cost. The book must be packed securely and sent by either first class mail or airmail so that it reaches us in good condition.
